Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 15/04/26

At Albro Virtual Assistance, we believe the internet should be accessible to everyone. That means designing our website so it’s usable, readable, and welcoming for as many people as possible, no matter how they access it.

What we’re aiming for

We’re committed to making our website accessible and inclusive. We want you to be able to browse, read, shop, book, or get in touch without unnecessary barriers.

Our site is built using Wix, which includes accessibility features designed to support assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and browser accessibility tools.

Accessibility standards we follow

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the recognised standard for web accessibility in the UK. These guidelines support accessibility under the Equality Act 2010 and give us a clear framework for ongoing improvement.

What we’ve done so far

We’ve made thoughtful choices to support accessibility, including:

  • Clear, legible fonts with good spacing

  • Strong colour contrast for readability

  • A simple, consistent layout and navigation

  • Responsive design that works across devices

  • Keyboard‑friendly navigation where possible

  • Clear heading structure to support screen readers

Accessibility isn’t a one‑time task — it’s ongoing, and we’re committed to improving the site as we grow.

Where we’re still improving

Some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. For example:

  • Older content or images may be missing alternative text

  • Some third‑party tools or embeds may have accessibility limitations

  • Certain documents or media may not be fully optimised for assistive technology

We’re actively reviewing these areas and working to improve them.
