OBM support is retainer-based, not hourly — because the value isn't in hours logged, it's in the operational ground you're no longer holding yourself. All three levels carry a 3-month minimum commitment, giving systems and oversight time to actually bed in before results are judged. Scoped further on a discovery call.

From £2,250/month (3-month minimum commitment)

For businesses whose operations have outgrown single-area support — ongoing oversight across systems, projects, and team or contractor coordination, scaling with you as your operational needs widen.

From £3,750/month (3-month minimum commitment, scoped and quoted individually)

Full operational ownership — systems built from the ground up, people centric  team leadership, and a seat in your strategic planning. For businesses ready to hand over the entire operational function, not just a slice of it.

A non-refundable £90 setup fee applies to all new clients across every service option, covering onboarding and administration. This is charged upfront and must be paid before work commences.
